NewRange Copper Nickel water discharge permit remanded to MPCA for additional clarification
NewRange Copper Nickel’s NorthMet project water discharge permit has been sent back to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for further clarification and documentation.
The Minnesota Supreme Court on Wednesday issued a decision which requires additional proceedings on the water discharge permit for the proposed copper, nickel and platinum group minerals project near Hoyt Lakes.
